I have personally known Ms. Joanna Kuźmicka for three years. She has been a very well experienced hotelier and hotel business advisor.

We had a pleasure to cooperate together in following projects:

1.UEFA EURO 2012^TM - she has been professional advisor to government company PL.2012 which coordinates all infrastructure and operational preparations to the tournament since early 2008. She has been very close to the project management while preparing team base camps visits, host cities visits (hotels) and other research together with UEFA/KUONI experts (Mr. Jürgen Müller, Ms. Sabine Fux, Ralf Staeheli), Polish Football Association, TUI Travel - official Accommodation Agency and PL.2012. I believe she is one of the most experienced persons involved in tournament preparations in the area of hotels.

2.Domina Hotel Group (Italy) - when having a position of general manager of 4**** Domina Residence Poznan Poland I invited Joanna to provide sales and marketing training for staff of our hotel. Workshop was very successful and brought efficient impact to our property. I recommend Joanna as a person who presents professionalism, team spirit, who can work under pressure, she has got good project managements skills and communication skills. Her knowledge of local hotel market is sensitive and can be very useful for further projects in Poland.
